The story
A voice, from the very start
From a childhood surrounded by Hindustani classical music in Ahmedabad, Aishwarya Majmudar was recording film playback while still a girl. In 2008, at fifteen, she won the national competition STAR Voice of India: Chhote Ustad — and the whole country heard the voice Gujarat already knew.
Since then she has moved fluidly between devotional albums, film songs across languages, and the roaring energy of live Garba — the sound of Navratri for millions.
